infoBoard wants you to be satisfied with our products. If, for any reason, the software you receive does not meet your expectations, infoBoard will exchange or refund the purchase of the product that you purchased directly from infoBoard.
If the software is not working properly or if you are not 100% satisfied with infoBoard, please contact us within 30 days of your installation to receive a refund. Your refund will be subject to a processing charge of either $100 or payment for the support service we provided for installation of the software (calculated at the hourly rate), whichever is less.
Follow this return or refund regulations.
In the email, include your company name and date of purchase and all the invoices and confirm the following:
You removed all of software copies/licenses.
You don't have any comment/claim about the software/our company.
Confirm that you didn’t apply our invoice for tax purposes.
Confirm that you voided the invoice.
If the request for a refund is sent within 14 days, refunds will take 20 business days.
If the request for a refund is sent after 14 days and before 30 days of purchase, it will take 60 business days.
If a refund request comes after the start of a project, 50% of the payment made is refundable.
No refund will be issued after 30 days of purchase.
infoBoard refund policy applies to software purchased directly from infoBoard. If your software was purchased through the 3rd party or reseller, you must contact your reseller for the return and refund, which may in subject to different returns policies than ours.
Deletion at End of Subscription Term:
We may remove or delete Your Data within a reasonable period of time after the termination of your Subscription Term. Typically we store your data for 6 months after your account suspension or subscription term termination.
