WebView "Production time tracker" - Acquisition of production data made easy
The infoBoard WebView "production Time tracker " offers you the optimal solution for time recording for every work area. Employees no longer have to contend with countless paper lists or read multiple barcodes to start an operation. With the help of the "Production Time recording" WebView, the employee receives a digital task list with the work items to be worked on. The WebView is ready for use on all available terminals, from the desktop-PC to the Smartwatch. Based on our development and consulting experience, we have developed various variants of production time recording in order to take into account the individual conditions in your company. Depending on the selected variant of the "Production Time tracker" WebView, the employee receives the necessary information. This can, for example, be an overview of all of the operations to be done in the filtered viewing period or only of the upcoming operations whose predecessors have already been completed and are therefore ready for further processing. Instead of barcode and paper list, it starts the task on the planning table. The employee's Task list updates itself and the planning table immediately shows whether the operation has started, paused, or stopped. Also end signals or a failure reason in case of a possible emergency stop are immediately displayed on your infoBoard. In this way, production times for operations can be accurately recorded. In order to make the best use of this information, further evaluations are recommended. For example, the target-to-balance business controller displays variances from your planning. Operations that do not meet their target requirements and are therefore outside the tolerance range should be subjected to a "value stream analysis" at lead time to quickly obtain information about the net working hours, among other things. The time management and time accounting business controllers allow you to evaluate the work time for employees and machines so that you can base your pricing on a well-founded number basis.

The list updates itself, the sequence on the planning board is enforced to the machine. In addition, the employee sees only the tasks whose predecessors were completed. Instead of barcode and paper list, he starts the task "live", on the planning board. It is immediately indicated whether the process has been started, paused or stopped. Finished messages and the reason for the failure are displayed immediately on the infoBoard. The time can be accurately recorded. With the applications of the BusinesController, the comparison of set point / actual values can be performed.
Working time evaluations for employees and machines are possible with the BusinessController applications BC Time Controlling and BC Time Accounting. The display of the panels may also be configured, for example: file extensions can be offered and texts for confirmation. Various special shapes of the applications are also available:

Various versions to meet your individual requirements
1) WebView Production Time tracker
Here you can see a sample planning board from a production plant. There are already completed, currently running and soon to start operations.
In the standard version of the "Production Timer tracker" Web view, you can see the current and upcoming operations. Only operations whose predecessors have already been checked out and thus completed are displayed. When you start, pause, report, or assign a status, the information is visible in real time on the planning table.
If there is a disturbance in one operation, you can press the "Stop button". A reason for the disturbance can be specified here and a downtime is set on the planning table for the duration of the fault. To resume the operation, simply press the "play button" and the operation will continue.
Or the text modules are evaluated and you can save the fault messages without the downtime is set.
2) WebView production time recording of all operations including progress indicator
This application displays all tasks for all employees in the defined viewing period. In addition to the task title, a progress indicator is displayed for currently running operations. Here the employees have to check in with a password, only the assigned employee is allowed.

The color changes from green to red and the object is defined as "stopped". The time when the button was pressed, is visible as a tooltip when you move the cursor over the "Play" button.
Press the "Play" button to cancel the emergency stop. The color of the Planning object changes to green again and the emergency stop time is recorded as a downtime.
The first column of the table indicates whether a job is being processed. The "SET" column shows the required duration of the task in minutes and the "IST" column provides information on the current duration.
