1. General Terms and Conditions for Software Licensing

1.1. infoBoard Demo Version

infoBoard Europe  GmbH (hereinafter referred to as infoBoard Europe) provides the software as a demo version for use free of charge for a limited period of time for testing purposes.

1.2 Subject matter of the contract

The subject matter of the contract is the free provision of a demo version of the "infoBoard" software from infoBoard Europe in a current version including the manual on the Internet for a limited period of time and for test purposes

1.3. Provision of the software

The customer can download the contractual software from the infoBoard Europe website, where the manual is also available after the download.

This is only the infoBoard Client, a part of the complete software. The infoBoard server and database can be used by all test users and are accessible on the Internet.

1.4 Use of the software

1.4.1 Right of use

infoBoard Europe  grants the customer a non-exclusive (simple) right to use the contractual software on one computer. This right is limited to a period of 30 days from installation of the software on the customer's computer. The customer's right of use ends as soon as the 30-day period ends.

1.4.2 For demonstration purposes

The customer is entitled to use the software in-house for demonstration purposes. The temporary provision of the software shall only take place for test and demonstration purposes at the customer's premises for the customer's own employees. The customer is prohibited from using the contractual software productively.

2. no other rights of use 

The customer is not entitled to any rights of use to the software that go beyond the mandatory area described in Section 69g (2) UrhG. In particular, the customer is not entitled to reproduce the contractual software. Furthermore, the customer is not entitled to distribute the contractual software in any form or to pass it on in any other way. infoBoard Europe  

3. liability 

infoBoard Europe  assumes no liability in the sense of a guarantee for the existence of certain properties in the context of the provision of the contractual software for test purposes. infoBoard Europe  shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. 

4. Final provisions 

4.1. Place of jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Hamburg (Germany). 

4.2 Limitation of validity

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the contract. The customer's general terms and conditions shall not apply.</p
