See what your work changes — instead of disappearing into a corporation.
infoBoard is a family-owned, owner-led company in Hamburg with customers in 34 countries. Small enough for you to make a difference. Big enough that it matters internationally.

Liability starts on day one — not after your third year.
Would you rather see your decisions land than be one more number in a department? Here the lines are short. You talk directly to the management, get honest feedback and take on your own tasks early.
We build software that runs in 900+ companies worldwide — and we do it from Hamburg, as a family-owned company. That means an international environment, but no corporate bureaucracy and no impersonal structures.
Everyone who starts here — as an intern or as a permanent employee — works independently, learns fast and has a realistic prospect of a permanent position.
No perks-and-ping-pong talk. Just the things that actually make the business day better.
Flat hierarchies
Short lines, fast decisions. You talk directly to the people who decide — no route through five departments.
Liability from day one
You get real tasks, not support work. What you take on is yours — from the start.
Steep learning curve
You work across different topics instead of inside a narrow silo, and you grow with every task.
Direct feedback
Honest feedback straight from the management — so you always know where you stand.
Prospect of a permanent job
Many stay on after their internship. If you convince us, you get the prospect of a permanent contract.
