Pricing

After the first call you know what infoBoard costs for you.

No list price, no standard package. infoBoard is an annual subscription — modular, transparent, with no hidden costs. What you pay depends on the licenses, modules and integrations you actually need.

  • Annual subscription
  • 3 months' notice to end of term
  • Same-day quote
  • No hidden costs
Why no list price?

Manufacturing companies are too different for one price.

A contract manufacturer with three planners and a handful of machines needs different features than a machine builder with four sites, 200 resources and an SAP integration. No list price is right for both.

So we calculate every quote individually — based on the licenses, modules and integrations you actually use. The result is a price that fits your company. And that you know before you sign.

What is always included

No support tier, no ticket system, no surprises.

Every subscription includes these services — whatever modules you book.

  • Support hotline included

Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm CET. Your point of contact knows your planning board — they were there when it was set up. No anonymous help desk.

  • Error correction starts within 24 hours

We start work within 24 hours of your fault report. By remote support, with no on-site visit.

  • Updates on request

We provide new program versions on request and install them if needed. Maintenance always covers the current version.

  • Remote support (TeamViewer)

Maintenance and support happen remotely — no technician on site, no travel costs, no waiting.

  • Database backups on request

We create backups of your infoBoard database on request. Any database transferred for support purposes is anonymized first.

  • E-learning access (12 months)

On request you get access to the e-learning platform at learn.infoboard.biz — so your team can onboard on its own.

How your quote is calculated

Three factors decide what you pay.

Number of licenses: infoBoard is licensed per concurrent planning instance. A small company starts with one license — larger companies with several sites or planning areas book more.

Modules: the core planning board stands on its own. The skills matrix, simulation mode, dashboards and production time tracking come as optional modules — only what you need, nothing you do not.

Integrations: ERP integration, Excel import and Outlook integration are calculated separately. No ERP? No problem — infoBoard works without one.

  • Partial termination possible

Common questions about pricing

Because a list price is rarely right for a manufacturing company. A contract manufacturer with three planners needs different features than a machine builder with four sites and an SAP integration. One year. After that the contract renews automatically for the same period, unless you terminate with three months' notice to the end of the term. You can also terminate individual licenses or modules.

Error correction, software updates on request, remote support (TeamViewer), a support hotline (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm CET) and database backups on request. No hidden support tier, no ticket system.

Yes — at any time. Follow-on orders are folded into your running contract term. You pay no second onboarding fee and start no new minimum term.

At the earliest after 12 months, with three months' written notice effective at the end of a calendar month. You then have the right to terminate the contract within 6 weeks of the notice.

ERP integration is calculated separately — depending on the system and the scope. Excel and Outlook integration can be done in a two-hour online workshop, which is charged separately. Both can be added later.

Yes, for a separate charge. The onboarding training that is part of the setup is included in the subscription. Further training — for new employees or new features — you book as needed.
